What a load of incompetent idiots, sending bills to the wrong address and people that have never used their service.
This goes on for months, each time you call they assure you that they have removed your address from their database but then some weeks later you get another red bill which has nothing to do with you or the address that you live at but has your address in the contact details.
When asked how this is happening they say "I honestly don't know"
Incompetent fools that try their best at customer service but fail miserably.
