Paypal
Tried to resolve an issue with Paypal about a payer regarding an Ebay sale, very difficult to get in touch with Paypal, the 0870 number simply sends you round in circles in an automated system and seemingly you can't get through to any customer service human being. You send them an email thinking you will at least get a human to respond and again it simply comes back as an automated email response with no real answer to the question asked.
Probably the crux of all the problems is the fact that they are now owned by Ebay. It's a shame really because as far as you can tell Paypal started out as a good service for ethical people wanting to transfer money easily but now they are so tied up with Ebay and their charging system it has now become a bank to be avoided and Ebay an auction site to be avoided.
And no, they aren't your 'pal'.
