Sealife Blackpool
Wanted to go to Sealife Blackpool, wanted to take the family consisting of 2 adults and 2 children and wanted to book a family ticket.
Googled 'sealife blackpool', found their website.
There is only an 0871 number listed, as we wanted to go in the afternoon
I wanted to know what time they closed but didn't want to dial an 0871
number so used the email address given on their website.
Sent the email at 12:31, still no response at 13:31.
Resorted to using the 0871 number as time was now running short.
Spoke to 'Nadia' who told me that their closing times vary and she didn't know the answer for today. She said she would put me through to reception at Blackpool. I hadn't realised that the number on the Sealife/Blackpool website/pages was not the one for Sealife at Blackpool even though I had clicked on the link for 'Sealife Blackpool'.
I got a ringing tone for 5 minutes before I decided to put the phone down as I was paying for the 0871 number just to get a dial tone.(I wonder who is the bigger fool, them for not giving better customer service or me for paying them to not answer the phone).
Come on Sealife, surely you can do better than that. You lost custom from a family of 4 for the sake of putting your opening and closing times on your 'Sealife/Blackpool' page.
