Southern Electric Gas
Recently received a 'Notification of Legal Proceedings' letter from Commercial Credit Services on behalf of Southern Electric Gas. Relating to an outstanding amount from April 2009.
The amount owed is for £151.03
The time of occupancy for the property is 24 hours so I'm a bit baffled by this one. They are asking for proofs of purchase completion date and also proof of tenant occupancy. As they are being a bit stupid I'm going to let this one run until it goes to court and then present the evidence.
