Extremely bad customer service.
Ordered a Blackberry Storm, received on 14-11-08, it didn't work properly, returned it within 14 days and went on a Pay As You Talk plan with the same sim card with Vodafone. Letting them know that I will wait a couple of weeks until they sort out the issues with the Blackberry Storm and then re-order one on a contract and use the same sim card.
Once I was on the pay as you talk plan the customer service was extremely poor, customer service operatives being rude, interrupting constantly when talking, and even putting the phone down when asked not to interrupt.
I chose a different provider and I won't be going back to them.
